COVID-19 Facility Safety Page

Biltmore Avenue Family Dentistry is committed to making our patients and staff feel as safe as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have taken the following safety measures to help our patients feel confident that they will be safe in our dental office.

  • We Use Anti-Viral And Anti-Bacterial, Medical-Grade Disinfectant

All patient rooms are fully sanitized after every patient according to the American Dental Association (ADA) and Center For Disease Control (CDC) guidelines. Protective barriers are in place in the treatment rooms for your safety during every dental visit.  All instruments are thoroughly sterilized using state-of-the art autoclaves.
    Tuberculocidal, Bactericidal, Virucidal, Fungicidal Disinfectant
  • Facemasks Required

Within our facility, all of our staff and patients are required to wear face coverings to prevent any germs from becoming airborne while traversing the office. Patients are allowed to remove their face covering once seated and directed by one of our staff members.
  • Commonly Touched Surfaces Sterilized Regularly

We frequently wipe down surfaces that are frequently touched by patients and staff such as door handles and countertops.
  • Entire Facility Sanitized Daily

We have contracted with Jan-Pro, who regularly sanitizes medical facilities, to fully clean our office nightly.
  • Only The Patient May Enter Our Office

To reduce the number of people who pass through our common and patient areas, non-patients, except for parents, guardians and assisting personnel, must remain outside. Assisting personnel are considered those who are medically necessary for the patient to receive treatment.
  • When choosing a dentist, it is important that you feel comfortable.  We are here to help you achieve your best dental health, while protecting your overall health.
